摘要：
Malignant granular cell tumor is rarely involved in the lungs. We present a rare case with 18F-FDG PET/CT images showing a hypermetabolic lesion in the lower lobe of the left lung with posterior mediastinum invasion. Histopathologic study proved it as malignant granular cell tumor. Copyright © 2013 by Lippincott Williams & Wilkins.
