摘要：

This article reports an unusual case of multiple myeloma presenting with a slowly enlarging osteoblastic orbital tumor in a 78-year-old man with painless progressive proptosis of the right eye. Competed tomography of the orbits demonstrated an osteoblastic tumor laying down hone with a honeycomb configuration over the lateral orbital wall, Serum protein electrophoresis demonstrated a monoclonal spike migrating with the gamma globulins.
