摘要
IEC61850 is being the foundation of the substation seamless communication architecture. The domestic studies on IEC61850 main stay in the theoretical level, and that practical application of research is rare. Based on practical applications,this paper briefly introduced the fault recorder communication system., and then object-oriented technology is adopted to detailedly analyze the modeling of the IEC61850-based IED (fault recorder) and the database building,as well as the implementation of the data link and ASCI mapping to the specific communication stack.. Finally, design of a Fault recorder system which is a forward-looking work for TEC61850 application in the industrial substation automation. Finally,The effectiveness of the method as well as the feasibility of communications programs was verified through a preliminary test.
