摘要:
Physical properties of perovskite-type SrVO3-delta were studied. Polycrystalline high-density samples of SrVO3-delta were prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS). The sample bulk density is 95% of the theoretical density. The linear thermal expansion coefficient, elastic moduli, Debye temperature, micro Vickers hardness, heat capacity, thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity, and Seebeck coefficient were investigated.
