摘要：

This article questions the presence of children during the first oncogenetic consultation in pediatrics, during which the whole family history of cancer was spoken, which can be particularly heavy for children who may never have heard about it. It evokes the interest for the child, his parents, and the professionals, of a consultation divided in two parts: one with the parents alone, and the other with the child and his parents.
