摘要
This paper presents a novel control method combining based adding SOC (state of charge) feedback to change the time constant of the low pass filter to smooth the power and based proportional algorithm to control frequency fluctuations for keeping wind power smoothing and frequency fluctuation to a minimum. Building models of wind power system and BESS(battery energy storage system) in Matlab/Siinulink. The simulating results indicated that the proposed wind power generation-storage system could supply steady output power, and could participate in the power grid frequency control.
