摘要
According to the demand of multi-objective and multi-department integrated management platform construction of the Qingyi River basin, the database and system of the Qingyi River basin water environment are designed and implemented. The basic function of geo-information and water environment thematic information service has been built. Based on ASP. NET framework and B/S architecture, the water environment information system has been designed and developed to realize online management and sharing of watershed spatial information, water environment monitoring information, multimedia information, user information, and other basic information.
