Site-specific natural isotope abundance determination by 2H-NMR and the ERETIC method.

摘要
Deuterium site-specific natural isotope abundance (A(i)) is routinely measured by NMR spectroscopy (SNIF-NMR). This study suggests substituting the reference by an electronically generated signal: the ERETIC method. Measurements of Ai on five ethanol samples have been performed using either a chemical compound (TMU), or ERETIC. No significant difference between the two methods has been found. The signal-to-noise ratio was increased by a factor of 1.6 and the internal reference drawbacks have been removed. (C) 2004 Academie des sciences. Publie par Elsevier SAS. Tous droits reserves.
