摘要
A novel molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) electrochemical sensor was prepared and applied for highly selective and sensitive electrochemical determination of luteolin. The MIP film was electrodeposited on the indium -tin oxide (ITO) glass electrode surface through the electropolymerization of beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) as the functional monomer and luteolin as the template molecule. The MIP sensor displays a rapid electrochemical response, high sensitivity and specific binding of the template luteolin. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear response range for luteolin concentrations by the sensor is 5.0 x 10(-8) mol/L to 3.0 x 10(-5) mol/L and the detection limit is 2.4 x 10(-8) mol/L (S/N = 3). The analytical performance of the proposed MIP sensor is evaluated for the detection of luteolin in the traditional medicine as a real sample with good accuracy and precision.
