摘要
This article proposes an automatic design approach, which is based on a one-pass synthesis scheme that integrates scheduling, binding, placement, and routing. A general design methodology for digital microfluidic biochips (DMFBs) is presented in which all design tasks such as binding, scheduling, placement, and routing are implicitly conducted in a combined and integrated fashion. DMFBs have been proposed to automate laboratory procedures in biochemistry and molecular biology.
