摘要：

This Research Solve the key implement technologies of Urban Traffic Flow Guidance System (abbr. UTFGS). First of all, the research analysis the frame of UTFGS, with the considering of the components and functions of the software and hardware. And then, it divides the technologies mainly into the following six components, such as Information Gathering and Fusion, Database, Route Optimization, Vehicle Position, Communication and Guidance Information Distribution, and talks about them.
