摘要：

Based on the 2012-2021 "Shandong Statistical Yearbook" and other data, this study uses the ILO financing model to analyze the contribution ratio of long-term care insurance in Shandong Province from 2021 to 2025. The purpose is to scientifically calculate the long-term care insurance contribution ratio in Shandong Province, and provide a reference for strengthening the provincial-level system design of long-term care insurance and optimizing the long-term care insurance financing mechanism. The research results show that the contribution ratio of urban workers in Shandong Province in 2020 is 0.23%. With the change of long-term care service costs, the range of long-term care insurance contribution ratio of urban workers in Shandong Province will reach 0.24%-0.31% in 2025. Therefore, the healthy and sustainable development of long-term care insurance can be ensured by establishing multi-party financing mechanism and self owned fund of long-term care insurance.
