摘要
Dislocation structures in single crystals of yttrium orthovanadate have been identified by transmission electron microscopy. Electron diffraction was used to predict possible Burgers vectors for the dislocations. Results suggest vectors of the type (1)/(2)[ 1 1 1] or (1)/(4)[0 2 1]. Arguments for the likelihood of each possible vector have been presented. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
