摘要：

There is great enthusiasm among the astronomical community in our country to make 2009 a year to be remembered. We have planned many activities for this occasion. It is indeed a big challenge, and although we realize that we will not be able to reach the whole population, we are confident that we will attract the attention of many young students in several cities.
