摘要
The propagation equation for describing Davydov solitons in a-helix proteins has been investigated analytically. There are seven integration tools to extract analytical soliton solutions. They are the Ricatti equation expansion approach, ansatz scheme, improved extended tanh-equation method, the extend exp(-psi(tau))-expansion method, the extended Jacobi elliptic function expansion method, the extended trial equation method and the extended G'/G- expansion method.
