摘要
The profile distributions of a focused Gaussian beam of 63-mum laser radiation for E- and H-polarizations were recorded by a thin-wire bolometer 3 mum in diameter The profiles were used to determine the beam diameters, which were D-E = (8.16 +/- 0.12) mum and D-H = (8.00 +/- 0.12) mum upon elimination of the dominant systematic errors.
