摘要
Lentinus edodes and Auricularia auricula are the first and second largest edible fungi in China with high Lentinusnutritional anedodes andmedicinal Auriculariavalues. Researchauricula areabou the firstphytochemicalsand secondof L.largestedodes edibleand A.fungiauriculain Chinamainlyw thfocuseshigh onnutritionl polysaccharids,and medicinalother values.phytochemicalsResearch reaboutnot fullyphytochemcalsstudied. ofL.Phytochemicalsedodes andof A.L. auriculaedodes andmaA.nly auriculafocuses onwere polysacchries,investigated by otherultra-ighphytochemicalsperformancear notliquid fully studiedchromatograpPhy tandeochemicalshybridof L. eodesquadrupole-orbitrpandA. auriculamass were investigated by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap MS). Twenty-three compounds were identifiiied inL. edodes, mainly including amino acids and analogs,llflavonoids, nucleosides and analog, phnols and steroids. Twenty-nine spectrometry (UPLC-Q-Exactive-Orbitrap MS).
