On delay-dependent stability for linear neutral systems

摘要：
This paper focuses on the problem of uniform asymptotic stability of a class of linear neutral systems. By using a descriptor model transformation of the system and Moon's inequality for bounding cross terms, new sufficient conditions for delay dependent stability are given in terms of the existence of solutions of some linear matrix inequalities. An numerical example is given which show that the proposed method can even produce a less conservative results than the other methods.
