摘要
The salary system has an irreplaceable incentive role on organizational management now. Therein, the research about pay satisfaction is always the hot spot in salary areas. But we can find that some research are more about attribution theory and influencing factor of pay satisfaction rather than about the effect of it., specifically the mediation relationship between pay satisfaction and job performance. Therefore, a given empirical study between pay satisfaction and job performance can further proof existing theory with 90 questionnaires come from a company of China, and the job satisfaction is offered as an intervening variable to build pay satisfaction-job performance model. This paper also offers some reference about how to use the salary system to improve job performance to any institution. The paper designs a theoretical model, pay satisfaction-job satisfaction-job performance model. Based on PSQ, MSQ and job performance model, the hypothesis is provided. The relationships of each model or each dimension are analyzed with One-Way ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis and the results were getting. We will make some suggestions and enlightenment to the existing management.
