摘要
A new permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) was designed by the analysis and mathematical model. Through the analysis of the special position of the motor to reduce thrust ripple and increase the permanent magnet force density as the goal. The optimal motor parameters are obtained using multi-objective optimization of the genetic algorithm (GA). The robustness, stability and reliability of the PMLSM design are verified by the motion control experiment based on NC TwinCAT. The new permanent magnet synchronous linear motor has the advantages of small thrust fluctuation, good economic performance and small size, which is consistent with the actual demand of the project.
