摘要:
We carry out the analysis using the rat hippocampal dissociated culture system on multi-electrode arrays. The frequency of the spike in bursts of action potentials increased by transient increase of neural activities. The state of activities continued for over 30min as well as the potentiation of SPSCs. These results suggest that the enhancement of synaptic transmission induced the modifications of spike patterns.
