摘要
in this paper, a high step-up trans-inverse dc-dc converter is introduced and analyzed. The converter utilizes magnetic coupling technique to boost the output voltage up to 400 V. Unlike the other converters, voltage gain of the converter is decreased by increasing the magnetic turn-ratio. An improved version of the converter is proposed which utilizes active clamping technique to achieve soft switching and boost the switching frequency up to 250 kHz, consequently reducing the size of the components, dramatically. Soft switching is achieved for power switches even when the input voltage changes in wide ranges. Different operation modes of the modified converter are shown and discussed in detail. Finally, the results are verified by simulating a 300 W converter.
