摘要：

In the title compound, (C16H13N2O2)[Ni(C3S5)(2)], the Ni-III ion exhibits a square-planar coordination geometry with four S atoms of the two 2-thioxo-1,3-dithiole-4,5-dithiolate (dmit) ligands. Intermolecular S center dot center dot center dot S and C-H center dot center dot center dot O interactions are observed.
