Mastopexy with Autoaugmentation and Fat Transfer

With proper preoperative evaluation and the use of accurate surgical techniques, excellent results can be achieved with mastopexy with autoaugmentation, whether in a primary mastopexy or secondary mastopexy after explantation. The significant advantage of the superior pedicle technique in the appropriately selected patient is not the elimination of an inframammary scar, but rather the parenchymal shaping and lower breast pole unloading that provides more stable and predictable results.
