摘要
The role of the health care quality officer will become increasingly valuable as organizations strive to become more integrated and provide better, faster, and more affordable care. Quality officers can optimize effectiveness and increase the pace of change if they understand the value of trust, recognize the type of leadership necessary to span the many boundaries inherent in health care, and invest in developing deliberate, strategic relationships with key stakeholders. These 3 fundamentals of change management will be vital for radiology departments aiming to thrive in the emerging health care models. © 2013 American College of Radiology.
