摘要
The purpose of this article is to make a theoretical reflection about the guarantees of fundamental rights of the person with disabilities in the context of the school inclusion tied teacher training. To this end, a review of the literature based on observation of pedagogical practice in high school in the city of Palmas/TO between 2017 and 2018, with the Pedagogical political project scope. The comments indicate that the lack of continuing training of teachers to teach students with disabilities is not the only problem apparent school inclusion, the great part of the Brazilian schools do not have even adapted bathrooms for people with disabilities or reduced mobility. The latter, an insult directly connected to the "I" of the person, while subject to human law.
