TO THE CRITICS OF POSTMODERN GEOGRAPHY (A NOTE)

Part of the research project is beginning to bear fruit. The purpose of this note is to present the philosophical basis of the so-called postmodern field, today, through the expansion of social sciences and in Geography, in particular. Following this presentation, we seek to establish a critical beacon founded on the authors in the fields of historical materialism, here as in the direct heir of German Classical Philosophy. Already quite influent within the geographical science, representing the Postmodern field chosen for analysis is the French philosopher Michel Foucault.
