High-frequency dielectric spectroscopy and soft lattice dynamics of disordered ferroelectrics

摘要：
Broad-band dielectric spectroscopy including the infrared response of several examples of disordered ferroelectrics is reviewed. The discussed examples belong to dipolar glasses (RADP and DRADP), relaxor ferroelectrics (PMN, PLZT), relaxor-like ferroelectrics (PZN-PT) and doped incipient ferroelectrics (KLT, KTN, SBiT). Common features to all the examples are summarised and differences among the mentioned classes of materials are pointed out.
