Research on Internal Control Information Disclosure in the Listed Textile Company

This paper analyzes the overall situation of listed textile companies in China after the Enterprises Internal Control Evaluation Guidelines had been issued. The existing problems during the execution of evaluation guidelines were evaluated based on aspects of shareholding structure, corporate governance, company quality and financial reporting quality. On this basis, from the perfection of internal governance for textile enterprises and the strengthen of external oversight for regulatory bodies; some recommendations were made on the regulation of internal control information disclosure for the listed textile companies.
