The expression of p53 gene in cervical and ovarian cancer

摘要：
One cervical, two ovarian cancer cell lines, 7 cervical and 10 ovarian cancer clinical cell samples were examined the expression of p53 suppression gene and the concerning gene Bar and Fas protein by the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). As the results: p53 gene, Bar or Fas did not express in those three cell lines, neither in 7 cases of cervical cancer patients, but express positive in 8 cases of 10 cases of ovarian cancer patients.
