摘要
Lubrication performance is crucial for operating and frictional feature of high speed rolling bearing. In this paper, for B7008C angular contact ball bearing under outer ring guiding condition, the internal fluid flow and pressure distribution were investigated in condition of oil-air lubrication. The fluid flow characteristics inside bearing cavity and contact area were analyzed. Based on this, the oil-air flow and lubrication performance of two types of lubrication devices were discussed, and the key structural parameters were investigated and improved. Finally, the optimal oil-air supplying parameters and operating performance of the two devices were obtained via experimental testing. The limiting rotation speed of the specific B7008C bearing was improved by 6.0 x 10(3) r/min with the optimal lubrication device structure. (C) 2015 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
