An Incentive Model of Information Sharing in Supply Chain with Demand Uncertainty

We analyze the game equilibrium whether to share information in a two-level supply chain with one supplier and one retailer which demand is uncertainty, and the results show that the sum profits of the supply chain system can be added only under certainty condition. We design an incentive model of information sharing in supply chain based on these analyses to be the optimization sum profits of the supply chain system. The data examples show that the incentive model of information sharing is feasible and effective.
