摘要
The paper intended for analyzing staffs behavioral characteristics when it need of emergency evacuation, studied passenger ship evacuation of stairs, and establish evacuation time model. The paper considered personnel's distribution, density, speed, gather and etc. Examples show the results are consistent with the actual situation, so this model can be used to guide the development of the evacuation plan.
