Influence of the oxygen stoichiometry on the structures and ferroelectric properties of BaTiO3 thin films

摘要
We have investigated the influence of the oxygen stoichiometry on the structures, dielectric and ferroelectric properties of the BaTiO3 thin films. The oxygen content in the films has a significant effect on lattice parameters, crystalline phase, crystallographic orientation, dielectric constant, dissipation factor, spontaneous polarization and polarization-electric field curves.
