Research on the Evaluation of Innovative Capacity of Undergraduates Majoring in Finance and Economics Based on AHP

In recent years, with the increasing emphasis on the cultivation of College Students' innovative capacity, domestic universities have adopted various ways to cultivate the innovative capacity of university students. However, due to the differences among different majors, it is necessary to build up a set of evaluation system for the innovative capacity of college students majoring in finance and economics in order to adapt to the cultivating practice. On the basis of studying the present situation of the innovative capacity evaluation of college students majoring in finance and economics, it is found that there are some problems in the evaluation system of financial undergraduates' innovative capacity. Then, combining the characteristics of finance and economics specialty, this paper designs the evaluation index system of financial and professional college students' innovative capacity. Finally, this paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process to construct the evaluation system of undergraduates' innovative capacity in finance and economics majors. This paper expects to be helpful to the perfection of evaluation system of innovative capacity of students majoring in finance and economics, so as to improve the evaluation ability and the level of them, as well as their cultivation promotion.
