摘要：
In this paper, the credit risk of housing mortgage credit is investigated by means of neural network. Firstly, the index system of estimating the credit risk is established on the basis of housing developers, lender. Secondly, the predictive modeling of housing mortgage loan risk is constructed by means of artificial neural network, it provide support for transforming assessing credit risk model and making decision of mortgage loan efficiently. Finally, examples are given.
