摘要
An interesting procedure for the palladium-catalyzed carbonylative synthesis of 3-methyleneisoindolin-1-ones from ketimines was established. By using Mo(CO) 6 (0.3 equiv.) as the solid CO source and through C(sp(2))@H bond activation, the desired 3-methyleneisoindolin-1-ones were isolated in moderate to good yields.
