摘要：
Mechanisms of cutting balloon angioplasty do not differ significantly from balloon angioplasty and consist mostly of additional stent expansion and a decrease in neointimal mass by a combination of compression and axial redistribution. The findings of our study do not support the hypothesis that cutting balloon angioplasty for treating in-stent restenosis could be superior to conventional balloon angioplasty.
