摘要：
A brief overview of social determinants of health and specification of possibilities how to influence them is presented. Social determinants of health are considerably influenced from the historical and cultural point of view. A development of a value access to obesity, smoking and sun-burning is discussed in relation with a social stratification of society and its economy development.
