摘要
In this study, lead-free Sb substituted (Na0.525K0.4425Li0.0375)(Nb0.9625Ta0.0375)O-3 ceramics were synthesized by traditional solid state sintering process. The effects of Sb substitution on the dielectric and piezoelectric properties were investigated in order to develop excellent lead-free piezoelectric ceramics. The (Na0.525K0.4425Li0.0375)(Nb0.9625-xSbxTa0.0375)O-3 ceramics with x = 0.065 showed excellent piezoelectric properties. The piezoelectric constant (d(33)), electromechanical coupling factor (k(p)), dielectric constant (epsilon(r)) and density were optimized as 193 pC/N, 50.25%, 703 and 4.48g/cm(3), respectively.
