摘要：
The implantation of a penile prothesis is a solution which con be considered when medication is not possible or fails. The patient must be motivated and informed of the risks, especially of infection. A rigorous evaluation of the patient and their case history allows for the choice of implant best adapted. This treatment con have a high rate of satisfaction when surgical techniques are mastered and the patient is informed of the benefits it con bring.
