INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY: NEEDED CONTRIBUTIONS TO CREATE A LOCAL PRODUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT OF FAMILY FARMING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AUGUSTINOPOLIS - TOCANTINS

The objective of the study is to analyze the family farming practiced in the city of Augustinopolis Tocantins and to propose as a strategy of innovation the creation of a Local Productive Arrangement that can increase the production through the cooperation of all the actors involved. The study is relevant because it identifies the strengths, the weaknesses, the opportunities and the threats, as well as the severity, the urgency and the tendencies of the problems involved in the family agriculture of the municipality of Augustinopolis / TO, using the SWOT and GUT matrix and aims at proposing the creation of an APL to assist the decision making that may contribute to the growth of this practice that is so important for regional development. In order to reach the objectives of the study, it was applied a bibliographical research with a qualitative approach, and in terms of level, a descriptive and documentary research was adopted, through analyzes that allowed to identify the leverage as well as the vulnerability and the problems faced by the familiar Agriculture in the municipality of Augustinopolis / TO.
