摘要
This paper proposes a visible light positioning (VLP) scheme based on dual cameras. The mobile terminal adopts a single light emitting diode (LED) as a beacon, and the dual cameras are mounted on the ceiling with known three-dimensional (3D) coordinates and postures. After the LED is captured by the dual cameras, a vector positioning method is adopted to calculate the 3D coordinate of the LED. Moreover, a 3D positioning experiment is conducted in a space of 2x2x2 m(3). The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed VLP scheme can achieve mean 3D positioning accuracy of 2.9 mm, and 90% of the positioning errors are within 4 mm.
