摘要：

Estimation of the cost of a construction project is an important task in the management of construction project The quality of construction management depends on accurate estimation of the construction cost. This paper presents a decision support system that aids contractors in determining optimum markup estimations. The DSS gets the optimum markup estimation of a new project based on analogy with previous completed projects. The analogy is based on criteria that affect optimum markup estimation.
