摘要:
From analysis of the relation between Copyright and information right, the present work shows solutions to decrease doubts about both rights in university libraries. The article also contributes to review the information professional practice based on institution law and ethnic code depending on the problematic situation. In addiction, innovative solutions, such as All Access, "Book-Text" Project, e-books and "Teacher's File" Project are capable to help the information professionals to provide information which has copyright guarantee. The methodology applied was library research looking for Information Science, University Libraries, Copyright and Information Right.
