In recent years, when more and more parking lot had been transferred to the underground, it is very important for users to provide the information of location in the underground parking lot, under the influence of many factors, such as the poor performance of day lighting and the complicated structure of parking. Aiming at the location of underground garage, and based on the RSSI centroid localization algorithm, an indoor location optimization scheme based on polygon decomposition has been proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that the positioning accuracy of this scheme is superior than other methods which used for indoor positioning under the technology of Bluetooth 4.0, and the effect of positioning is also achieve the expected requirements when this algorithm is applied to the underground garage. This method has provided the basis of optimal path planning when users park or search the car and vehicle turnover in the underground garage.
