Employment of graduates is the big issue with national and social attention. Under the perfect employment, each graduate can find the suitable job. This is significant to the nation, enterprise and the graduate. However, the imperfect world economy holds the economic crisis since 2009. It affects the society employment, especially in economics and finance. Therefore, the employment of economics major graduates is austerity. This article will analyze the employment of economics major graduates in colleges and universities. The provided reasonable suggestion can develop the full-employment of economics major graduates.
