摘要：

Hyperparathyroidism is a common consequence of chronic renal failure. Diagnosis is most often established early during monitoring of these patients, and before complications. We report the clinical case and original imaging of a patient, in whom hyperparathyroidism with skeletal and extraskeletal complications was diagnosed, following neglected chronic renal failure.
