摘要：
The demographic changes of ageing of populations that have been affecting economies worldwide have also reached Poland, where demographic transformation has taken place alongside the systemic one. The ongoing demographic changes bring specific economic and social consequences, the Most vital of which are related to the labour market. The aim of this article is to analyse the demographic changes in Poland and investigate their influence on the labour market. The study covers the period from 1990to2035.
