The toughening and flame retardant modification resin system cured in the time of 125/1 h is prepared by melt blending method. The heat resistance of resin is considerd for the resin toughening modification, and the glass transition temperature of the modified resin cast has been changed as 145.. The flame retardant is improved by combine no halogen flame retardant and a small amount of bromine flame retardant, and the low curing temperature and curing cycle short are taken into account in the determination of the curing process under the premise of good mechanical performance. This article analysis the resin viscosity-temperature curves, glue solidified time-temperature curves and DSC, and the resin curing process is determined. The glass cloth, carbon cloth and aramid presoak cloth material, laminate and drum peel strength specimens are prepared by the hot melt adhesive film, compression molding and vacuum bag samples, respectively. The physical properties and mechanical properties of the presoak material and composite material are tested, the results show that the resin presoak material has good self-adhesive and the roller peel strength of sandwich structure is higher,which meet the requirements of application metrics, compared with the presoak honeycomb sandwich structure. The honeycomb core material can be directly bonded by presoak material in the preparation of sandwich structure, which simplify the process and reduce the structure weight compared with sandwich structure prepared by using film adhesive core material and skin. The vertical combustion, smoke density and oxygen index determination test are conducted for glass cloth presoak composite laminate, the results show that the glass cloth composite has high combustion performance, which can be used for composite structures with flame retardant requirement.
